APS Mobile Application — Policies & Legal Terms

1. Introduction

Welcome to APS (LANS, DCAL, Airline), a mobile application owned and operated by AIDC TECH SOLE CO., LTD. These Policies govern your access to and use of the APS App, including any account you create, any content you upload, and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

This document is a single, combined set of policies made up of four parts:

• Privacy Policy — how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data.
• Terms of Service — the agreement between you and us that governs your use of the App.
• Data Safety & Permissions — what device permissions the App requests and what data is collected, aligned with the Google Play Data Safety and Apple App Store privacy requirements.
• Content / Upload Policy — the rules for content you upload to or share through the App.

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using APS (LANS, DCAL, Airline), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all four parts of these Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1.2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account or upload content. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the applicable minimum age; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

1.3 Scope & Updates

These Policies apply to the APS App on both Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS), and to any associated websites or back-end services. We may update these Policies from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and, where required by law, notify you in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policies.

2. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through APS, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights you have over it.

2.1 Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Account & profile data: name, username, email address, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form), and any optional profile details you add such as a profile photo or bio.
• User content: photos, images, files, text, and other material you upload, post, or store in the App.
• Communications: messages, feedback, or support requests you send to us.

Information collected automatically

• Device & technical data: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, app version, language, and time zone.
• Usage & analytics data: features used, screens viewed, actions taken, session duration, and interaction timestamps.
• Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data used to keep the App stable.

We do not collect precise GPS location data, and we do not knowingly collect special-category (sensitive) personal data unless you choose to include it in content you upload.

2.2 How We Use Your Information

We use personal data to:

• create and manage your account and authenticate you;
• store, display, and process the content you upload;
• provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and performance;
• respond to your support requests and communicate service updates;
• ensure safety and security, detect fraud or abuse, and enforce our policies;
• comply with legal obligations.

2.3 Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request), your consent (for optional features and certain analytics), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the App), and compliance with legal obligations.

2.4 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as follows:

• Service providers: hosting, cloud storage, analytics, and crash-reporting vendors who process data on our behalf under contract.
• Legal & safety: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the public, or us.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
• With your direction: content or information you choose to make visible to, or share with, other users.

2.5 Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate legal, accounting, or security purposes. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data and uploaded content within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

2.6 Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure storage — to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

2.7 International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.

2.8 Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact us at info@aidclaos.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CPRA.

2.9 Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the applicable minimum age 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us data may contact us for deletion.

2.10 Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party platforms (for example, cloud hosting and analytics providers) and may contain links to third-party sites. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

3. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AIDC TECH SOLE Co., LTD regarding your use of APS.

3.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

3.2 Your Account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@aidclaos.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it.

3.4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates the Content / Upload Policy (Section 5);
• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems;
• upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the App without our permission;
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

3.5 User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and confirm that you have all necessary rights to share it.

3.6 Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by AIDC TECH SOLE CO., LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted to you, no rights are transferred to you.

3.7 Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Content / Upload Policy, or where required by law. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you end, though certain provisions (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

3.8 Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

3.9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDC TECH SOLE CO., LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

3.10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIDC TECH SOLE CO., LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

3.11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of LAOS, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of [Country / Jurisdiction], unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

3.12 App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the platform from which you downloaded it (Google Play or the Apple App Store). For iOS, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or any claims relating to it; Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce these Terms against you.

4. Data Safety & Permissions

This section summarizes, in plain language, the device permissions APS may request and the data it collects. It is intended to align with the Google Play Data Safety section and Apple App Store privacy ("nutrition label") disclosures. The declarations you submit in each store's console must match the actual behaviour of your build.

4.1 Permissions the App May Request

• Camera / Photos & Media: to let you select or capture images and files to upload. Requested only when you choose to upload content.
• Storage / Files: to read files you select for upload and to cache content for performance.
• Internet / Network access: required to sync your account and content with our servers.
• Notifications (optional): to send you account and service-related alerts, only if you opt in.

The App requests permissions only when needed (just-in-time) and continues to function with reduced features if you decline optional permissions. The App does not request location, contacts, microphone, or SMS permissions.

4.2 Data Collected & Purpose (Summary)

The table below summarizes data types, whether they are collected, and the primary purpose. Confirm and mirror these in the Play Data Safety form and Apple privacy questionnaire.

4.3 Data Handling Practices

• Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS.
• Users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
• We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
• Data sharing is limited to service providers necessary to operate the App (Section 2.4).

4.4 Account & Data Deletion

In line with Google Play and Apple requirements, users can request account and data deletion in two ways: (1) in-app, via Settings > Account > Delete Account; or (2) by emailing info@aidclaos.com. We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and confirm completion. Provide a public-facing deletion URL (https://www.yourdomain.com/delete-account) when submitting to Google Play.

5. Content / Upload Policy

This Content / Upload Policy sets out the rules for any content you upload, post, store, or share through APS. It applies in addition to the Terms of Service and the app stores' content guidelines.

5.1 Your Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You confirm that you own the content or have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to upload and share it, and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You must not upload, post, or share content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
• sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way (zero tolerance — such content is reported to authorities);
• depicts or promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity;
• contains hate speech or harassment targeting individuals or groups;
• is sexually explicit or pornographic where prohibited by the app stores;
• contains malware, spam, or deceptive links;
• discloses another person's private or personal information without consent.

5.3 Content Moderation & Reporting

We may, but are not obligated to, review uploaded content. We provide tools for users to report content that violates this Policy. Reports can be submitted in-app or to info@aidclaos.com. We review reports and may remove content or take action on accounts as described below.

5.4 Enforcement

If content violates this Policy, we may remove or restrict it, issue a warning, suspend or terminate the responsible account, and, where appropriate, report the matter to law enforcement. We aim to act on credible reports promptly.

5.5 Copyright & Takedown (DMCA)

If you believe content on the App infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@yourdomain.com including: identification of the work, the location of the infringing content in the App, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and your physical or electronic signature. We will respond to valid notices and may remove the content and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

5.6 No Endorsement

User content does not represent our views. We do not endorse and are not responsible for content uploaded by users.

6. Acknowledgement

By using APS, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this combined Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Data Safety & Permissions disclosure, and Content / Upload Policy, and agree to be bound by them.
